- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went for a scope because of blood cells in the urine, the doctor states, "there are some polyps, everything looks good." I go to the front desk and was advised that my appointment will be 1 year out for follow up. I go home and google polyps, as I don't know what they are...I read about them and call the doctors office back and talk to Priscilla, I ask if the doctor did a biopsy, she asked why, I advised that the doctor said I had polyps, Priscilla says I'm sure he did then, I said well how long does it take for results, Priscilla says when you have your follow up appointment, I advise it is in a year, she tells me to hold on...gets back on and says someone will call you back today...that was yesterday, no phone call so I call today. Priscilla answers, I tell her no one called me back, she says hold on. Stacey/Steph come on the line and advise me the polyps were benign. I was thrilled!!! I said I wasn't sure how long the biopsy results took, she states, "he didn't do a biopsy" I said, well how does he know for sure? She says oh he can just tell by looking at them....oh ok, so then tell me why did I have 10K-15K red blood cells in my urine....no one can answer that... TIME TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR....
