- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't bother, The front office is quite rude. I tried communicating with a staff member & she seemed quite annoyed & hung up on me. For no reason lol then I kept getting calls from their office & they would hang up on me. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hatten and his assistant listen to you. They explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly. They make sure before the appointment is over that all your questions are answered. Everything discussed during your visit is spoken into a tape recorder device in front of you. If there is an error in what they say, you can correct it, but I never had to. They're prepared for your visit and don't ask you what is already in their notes because they read them.December 26, 2016by B Will
