- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Twin Lakes Imaging for years for my mammograms. They are always efficient, pleasant, and thorough. Today's experience was efficient. But, that's about all I can say that is positive. The technician was kurt, snippy, bordering snotty, not empathetic and appeared to care less. It may be me... but, you'd think these are attributes that one should not show as a mammogram technician. I could care less about modesty and I wasn't there because of any issues. I'd hate to be there if I was stressed, embarrased, or because of a possibility of cancer. My only regret is that I did not get this unpleasant woman's name. Shame on her.
